On occasion, an advertiser will pay for the privilege of sending an entire email to our subscribers about their product or service. These e-mails are specifically labeled as a "Sponsored Edition" so you know they are paid advertisements and not editorial.

Every other week, we publish our Chic Sales & Deals edition. The deals we publish are chosen by the editors from special offers submitted by local businesses. Editors choose the four best deals to publish in each edition, and the businesses do not pay for inclusion. Sometimes there are  paid listings in the Chic Sales & Deals edition. They are specifically labeled as a "Sponsored Sale" to distinguish them from the editors' picks.
