 5 a.m.: Wake up. Don workout gear. Sweat. Curse Jillian and her damn abs. 6 a.m.: Shower. Catch yourself falling asleep and regain balance before you slip. 7 a.m.: Coffee time (first good moment of the day). 7:15 a.m.: Choke down ultra-fiber cereal . . . and fantasize about cheating on your regular breakfast with a sweet, decadent bowl of Cocoa Puffs. Or slowly, luxuriously picking out all the marshmallows from a bowl of Lucky Charms in front of the TV while you watch reruns . . . 8:15 a.m.: Drive wildly to the new Cereal Remix store in Aiea.
