Grin And Beer It House of Brews beer tasting at Bar 35 in Chinatown
|
| March 11, 2009 | |
There’s a big brew-ha-ha tonight. Each beer is up for discussion too, and tonight you can chat personally with the brewers from Oregon’s Deschutes brewery. So you’ll truly be able to tell the difference between an IPA (India Pale Ale), like the Deschutes Inversion, and an imperial IPA, like Deschutes’ Hop Henge. That should quench your thirst for knowledge. House of Brews beer tastings, every Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bar 35, 35 N. Hotel Street, Chinatown, 808. 537.3535. Cost is $20 per person for 8 beer samples, plus a ninth sample free. |
