Now based out of L.A., local designer Misa Hamamoto was inspired by a beautiful lauhala gift box sent from her friends back home. The collection mimics the traditional interlacing technique used to make lauhala, entwining hand-sculpted metal strips with thin wisps of 14K gold-fill and sterling silver chain.

Slip on the stylish Disc Ring in 14K gold vermeil and a pair of the sterling silver Chain Earrings for a sleek touch of flash. Or go for the bold with the 14K gold vermeil Statement Necklace, which looks just as gorgeous with a drapey tee and skinny jeans as it does with a little black dress.
